Catou and Gaïa are dieing... I mean dyeing. There's no fonder sensation than shoving your hands into a garbage can full of steamy stinky turmeric sludge. We started stewing the goods on Friday.. Today (monday) they were stinky and potent... our onions produced a nice layer of fart-smelling bubbles to tickle our nostrills. Soaking sumac and beets are deadly for th gag reflex. I will return with more intellectual, stimulating banter after tomorrow's results. and note to self and anyone reading: next time... GAS MASK.
